By accessing or using the Shepherd platform (the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree as follows:
Client Agreement Controls. Your use of the Services is on behalf of your organization (“Client”) and is governed by the agreement between Shepherd Veterinary Solutions, LLC (“Shepherd”) and Client, including the Shepherd PIMS Terms of Service available at PIMS Terms of Service, and the Shepherd PIMS Privacy Policy available at PIMS Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). If there is any conflict, the Agreement controls.
Authorized Use Only. You may use the Services solely as an authorized user of Client and only for Client’s internal business purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You may not:
misuse the Services or interfere with their operation
attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Services
use the Services, or any non-public information about the Services, to develop or assist a competing product or service
Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Monitoring and Access. You acknowledge that your use of the Services may be monitored by Shepherd and is subject to oversight by Client.
Termination of Access. Your access may be suspended or terminated at any time by Shepherd or Client.
Updates. Shepherd may update these End User Terms of Use from time to time; provided, however, that no update will override or modify the agreement between Shepherd and Client, and in the event of any conflict, that agreement controls.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
