Stay informed with Shepherd’s new Messaging Overview Dashboard

Feeling in the dark about how your messaging strategy is stacking up? Now you can get clear insights into how you’re utilizing messaging to communicate with clients. Easily track and compare message volume, trends, and associated costs to help you stay in control and make informed communication choices. 

The Messaging Overview Dashboard is available under your Admin Client Communication settings. Take a look and see how your messages are adding up!

Gain quick access to appointment data

Say hello to your newest reporting sidekick - the Appointment Report! This trusty companion lets you see key appointment scheduling data and analytics, helping you spot trends and optimize your calendar. It features two main tables:

• Scheduled Appointments: view upcoming and past scheduled visits
• Canceled Appointments: keep tabs on appointment cancellations

Thanks to user feedback, we’ve made several key improvements to our Production Report feature! Your entire team will benefit from a fully interactive interface designed to offer greater flexibility, clarity, and export capabilities, including PDF export. Enjoy the following advanced reporting functions:

• Advanced filtering options: get more precise control over your data. Filter results by time period, product criteria, user & voice context, financial scope, and more. 
• Improved report structure: updated report layout organized by production user and production category. Expand sections to view individual items and analyze performance at both a summary and detailed level.
• Clear financial insights: Find comprehensive totals for gross production, total discounts, return production, net production, average calculated total (ACT), and more.

Enhance client communication with pet portal appointment updates

Do you dream of fewer questions during the appointment request process? With our improved appointment messaging templates, clients will get clear, actionable updates during every step of the scheduling experience. Plus, you’ll no longer receive notifications when appointment requests are deleted within Shepherd, reducing unnecessary inbox clutter. Look for updates to:

• Appointment Request Received
• Appointment Suggested – Confirmation Needed
• Appointment Confirmed
• Appointment Request Declined

Say goodbye to one-by-one edits

Tedious data entry can be a huge time drain on your entire team. That’s why we’ve added Client Type as a new field within the Bulk Edit → Client tool! You can now update client records that have client type associations in bulk, saving time and ensuring consistent data management across your database. You’ll love it for onboarding updates, data cleanup, and large-scale changes.
